Aquaman: Jason Momoa As King Of Atlantis In New Fan Art
Jason Momoa is doing a wonderful job promoting Aquaman thanks to his physique, which is similar to that of his Atlantean character from DC Comics. Fans are also expecting Warner Bros. to reveal a solo image of the actor in his superhero suit.Advertisement
Momoa’s portrayal of Arthur Curry and Aquaman was spotted in Batman V Superman as well as a teaser clip of Justice League. However, DCEU is still keeping things low-profile.
Recently, a fan art gave us a glimpse of Jason Momoa as the King of Atlantis. The image reveals the actor wearing a fish-scaled suit on his forearm and holding the Trident. Check out the image below.
Actress Amber Heard will also be wearing a suit similar to Jason Momoa’s Aquaman. So far, it has been hinted that her costume will be a “half suit of armor, half scales;” however, it was revealed that it’s still in “the process of building.”
While Aquaman’s suit has been revealed in the new Justice League poster released at SDCC, Mera’s costume has only been unveiled through description. However, fans have been creating their own version based on the details provided.
Currently Momoa and Heard are in London filming Justice League. Although filming is done secretively, Warner Bros. might reveal both characters’ suit in a trailer.
Aquaman, under director James Wan, is expected to release in 2018. Initially, fans will get to see Momoa in action in Zack Snyder’s film. Justice League has been scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.
