Apple Watch may go through an update in its upcoming version to make it more secured, connected and up to date.

The news was confirmed by 9to5Mac. This one will be a solid step ahead of next month’s WWDC, where it is expected that Apple will launch its all new Apple TV.

Find My Watch Feature

This will be the first Apple Watch Update with OS 1.0 and the features may improve the health and fitness app, Wi-Fi capabilities, connectivity to other Apple devices, and more. The watch security may be enhanced too, and a ‘Find my Watch’ feature may be included in the new version.

The Find My Apple Watch feature will come with Smart Leasing feature, as pointed out by Macrumors, and this will notify the users if they have accidentally left their iPhone behind.

The Apple Watch lacks the Activation lock functionality and this has become a huge concern among users. Apple is rumored to be working on the same and this new feature ‘Find my Watch’ will be fulfilling the requirement.

Apart from that, Apple is also working on third party watch face complications where users had problem viewing updates on their other apps on Apple Watch. This new update may allow the users to see update on the third party apps like twitter.

The Apple Watch watch update may also focus on the health and fitness app that is already present in the Apple Watch. It is rumored to have additional sensors on the watch that will make the app better.

While all these are being done on the Apple watch interface, Apple TV is not far behind. The new Apple TV will be named as “TVKit” and it will have several additional features that will provide more control to the users.

The new hardware and tools will be introduced in the next worldwide developers conference and users are thoroughly looking forward to it.
