Apple May Be Launching Updated Version 15-inch MacBook Pro, 27-inch iMac On Wednesday
Apple may be launching an updated version of it 15-inch MacBook Pro and 27-inch iMac as early as Wednesday, as reported by MacRumors. It is rumored to have the latest Broadwell processor though the accurate source of the information is not known yet.
For Apple fans who await the updated version of the MacBook Pro, this seems to be good news. The news is confirmed by MacG.co. However, no further details regarding the specs of the two gadgets were provided on the website.
Apple has previously updated its 13-inch MacBook Pro in March and this can well be the truth with the 15-inch version. The 13-inch MacBook Pro had a New Force Touch Trackpad, and it came with processing and graphic boosts. The same is expected for this one.
As far as the processor is concerned, the latest processor from Intel is expected to be included. However, just two weeks ago, Intel has launched some higher end chips. Broadwell processor was expected to be launched in July or August, and these two launches are quite significant as they may mean Intel is going far ahead of time.
Apple is stocking up on the MacBook for the time being and the expected shipping time is increasing in several stores. iMac 27-inches is still available to be shipped immediately both for the 5K retina display stock and 3.2 Ghz non-retina model.
Apple’s worldwide developers conference is scheduled next month and expectations are quite high related to the launch of the new Apple TV. Apple may be waiting till June 8 for the announcement of new hardware. It is not quite sure how this speculation will go but MacBook users are keeping their fingers crossed for the update.
