The father of the TLC reality show Toby Willis was charged of child rape is now held at Greenville, Kentucky jail.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation press release, 46-year-old Toby Willis had “sexual encounter approximately 12 years ago with an underage female.” The investigation is still ongoing up to now according to reports.
“The Willis Clan” is a TLC reality show which featured a musically-inclined family consisted of Toby and wife Brenda, and their 12 children namely Jessica, Jeremiah, Jennifer, Jeanette, Jackson, Jedi, Jasmine, Juliette, Jamie, Joy Anna, Jaeger, and Jada.

According to Heavy, Toby Willis tried to go to Kentucky from Ashland City, Tennessee to avoid authorities. He is now held witout bond in Kentucky after his capture.
“Today, TBI Agents arrested the 46-year-old in Greenville, Kentucky, where he traveled in an effort to avoid law enforcement, and charged him with one count of Rape of a Child,” the press release read.
Toby Willis was reportedly from a tragedy when he lot his six siblings from a 1994 traffic fire in Wisconsin.
Toby and his two other siblings were not in the van when the tragedy happened. The family then moved to Tennessee after a settlement.

In an interview with Chicago 5, Toby Willis told that there family had to stay strong after the tragedy.
“Life goes on, you have to just clean up, you have to go on, you have to smile, you have to go on, and I wanted to make sure people knew that we weren’t just going to be sad for rest of life. We are sad, but there’s joy,” he said.
Toby Willis’ child rape charge was the second time a TLC reality show was dragged in the same scandal.
