With just a few more months left before the expected premiere of “American Horror Story” season 6, here are some interesting details and updates on cast, spoilers and theme rumors.
In his 18-minute interview with GoldDerby, as shared by Movie Pilot, Evan Peters shared few meaty details on what the show’s followers can expect from “American Horror Story” Season 6 cast, including him, in the upcoming season.
If he is indeed returning, the 29-year-old actor revealed that there is one character that he would like to reprise in “American Horror Story” season 6 — Tate of “American Horror Story” Season 1.
“I’d want to play Tate. I want to see what’s going on with that animal,” he quipped. “[Is] he still in that house, trapped? Or maybe even see him, you know, before everything went totally haywire, to sort of see that lighter side of him.”
“Maybe a little bit more about what turned him into what he became. I think that would be interesting,” he added. “I don’t know how [showrunners] would do that.”
Tate was the ghost in “American Horror Story” Season 1 entitled, “American Horror Story: Murder House.”
When pressed to comment if it is already definite that he is joining the “American Horror Story” season 6 cast, Evan Peters had this to say, “Yeah, I think so. I have no idea [who I’m playing]. We shall see. When you know let me know, because it’d be great to know!”
Meanwhile, when it comes to the possible “American Horror Story” Season 6 theme that he would like the upcoming season to tackle, the “X-Men: Apocalypse” actor appeared to be torn between werewolves and space.
“Werewolves? Just kidding. I don’t know,” he noted. “I always say space. I know we already did aliens, but I really want to see a world where we’re trapped in space and something happens.”
Talking about theme rumors for “American Horror Story” season 6, Zimbio revealed that there are eight, to include Apocalypse, Cult, Alcatraz, Summer Camp, Orphanage, Area 51, Abduction and Cruise Ship.
