American Horror Story Season 6 Cast: Emma Roberts Returning As Madison Montgomery In Super Mysterious Episodes?
The Season 3 and 4 of the American Horror Story saw Emma Roberts as Madison Montgomery, and her role was given significant importance in the former.Advertisement
The star has been quite busy these days but hinted her return on American Horror Story Season 6 at San Diego Comic-Con, where she was for the promotion of her new movie Nerve and the upcoming season of “Scream Queens.”
Roberts chose to take a break from Season 5 of the FX anthology series after appearing as the bad-girl witch Madison Montgomery in Season 3, “Coven,” and as con-artist Maggie Esmerelda in Season 4, ‘Freak Show.”
The actress stopped short of saying that her return on the American Horror Story Season 6 was evident, but hinted that she would be very much interested to see herself back on the show.
“I think that there might be — I was going to last season,” Roberts was quoted as saying at the San Diego Comic Con by Cartermatt. “I would love to go back and do a few episodes.”
However, her return may not be a smooth one and could be for only a few episodes, as she will be starring in the other Fox series that will start filming around the same time. Roberts reportedly has a significant role in this one and thus pulling off a big Horror Story role may not be possible for her this time.
Not much is known about the American Horror Story Season 6 except for the fact that the premiere date is not far off. The cast members who will be returning for the upcoming season include Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock and Kathy Bates, the US Magazine reported. Evan Peters and Cheyenne Jackson will also be back for the next season.
While American Horror Story will be launched on FX on September 14 at 10 p.m. ET, Scream Queens will be dropped on Fox on September 20.
